1. Acceptance of Terms

By using C-Fabrique's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Quote and Pricing

Estimates shown during the quoting process are non-binding and for reference only. Final prices are confirmed by our engineering team and communicated before payment. Prices are quoted in USD. We reserve the right to reject quotes that are not manufacturable.

3. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all CAD files and designs you submit. By submitting files, you grant us a limited license to process and manufacture the specified parts. We will not use your designs for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

4. Payment and Cancellation

Payment is required before manufacturing begins. Orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has started. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Quality and Returns

We guarantee parts will be manufactured to the approved specifications. If parts have manufacturing defects, we will remake or refund at no cost. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

6. Shipping and import

Orders are manufactured at our production facility in Shanghai, China and shipped internationally via DHL Express, FedEx, and freight forwarders. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order. We are not responsible for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from use of our parts.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA.
