Every sheet is laid up to the exact thickness in your CAD file — no rounding to stock sizes. Pick a weave for the aesthetic and structural character you need.
The standard structural weave. Balanced 2×2 twill with the classic carbon-fiber checker pattern. Stiff, strong, looks the part.
Our finest cosmetic weave. Tight, uniform 1K plain pattern for parts where the surface is the product.
Spread-tow lamination — fibers laid flat in wide bands. Highest stiffness-to-weight, aerospace pedigree, geometric look.
Heavy 6K tow woven fabric. Excellent stiffness and impact resistance. Visible tow pattern, great for structural panels.
Used for parts that don't fit our standard sheet/tube catalog. Admin reviews the file + description and sets pricing manually.
Most common aluminum alloy. Excellent machinability, corrosion resistant, good weldability.
Aerospace-grade aluminum. Highest strength-to-weight ratio of common alloys. Ideal for high-stress parts.
Low-carbon mild steel. Easy to machine and weld. Best for general purpose structural parts.
Biodegradable thermoplastic. Good dimensional accuracy for prototyping. Not suitable for high temperatures.
Strong, slightly flexible, moisture-resistant. Good choice for functional prototypes and enclosures.
Durable, impact-resistant polyamide. Ideal for functional parts requiring flexibility and fatigue resistance.
Marine-grade stainless. Excellent corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides. Food-safe.
Free-machining brass. Best machinability of any metal. Excellent for precision fittings and connectors.
